About Strategos AI
Strategos AI is a business architecture firm in Madrid. I work with owners of small businesses, many of them running a company in Spain in their second language, who have hit a ceiling and are being sold AI as the way through it.
Sometimes it is. Usually it isn't yet. Most of the businesses I see don't have an AI problem. They have a lead problem that is actually a sales problem, or a sales problem that is actually a delivery problem, and nobody has looked at the three together. So that's where I start: a diagnosis across Lead gen, Sales and Delivery, before anyone talks about tools.
What I sell after that is the fix. A sales process that makes the business more money, owned end to end: the offer, the pages, the messages, the follow-up, the sales reps if it needs them. AI is a means inside that, never the product. Every business I work with leaves with a named mechanism: how we do the thing nobody else does.
